HeavierParts understands that unexpected things may happen, so we have put together the best return policy in the market. The highlights are:
- Most products (other than special orders) are returnable for any reason - within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Refund will be issued within 3-5 days from the date you send the part back (using our provided return shipping label).
- A return can be initiated directly from our website .
- Shipping costs paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Depending on the nature and/or reason of a return, restocking and/or other charges may apply. And some product, open kits, electrical items, items that have been installed, etc., are not returnable at all unless the reason for the return is because of error on our part.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 days from the date you send the part back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
